PURPOSE:To easily form a homogeneous and uniform calcium phosphate film having high purity by coating a liquid dispersion contg. alkyl ester of calcium alkoxide and oxygen acid of phosphorus on a substrate and drying and calcining the coating after hydrolysis and polycondensation reaction. CONSTITUTION:The nonaq. solvent dispersion contg. the alkyl ester of calcium alkoxide and oxygen acid of phosphorus is coated on the substrate. Water is then supplied thereto to cause the hydrolysis and the polycondensation reaction. A coating layer of a gel-like calcium phosphate salt precursor is thereby obtd. on the substrate. This coating layer is allowed to dry and is then calcined by heating to 600-900 deg.C. The continuous film of the calcium phosphate salt having good adhesiveness is thereby formed. The main phase of this calcium phosphate salt turns to hydroxy apatite or calcium tertiary phosphate according to the admixing ratio of starting raw materials. |
