<p>PURPOSE:To prepare an FRP product with multicolored and complex patterns through simple processes by a method wherein a transparent resin layer is laid on the surface of a die from which a masking sheet has been peeled off, a fiber sheet with the patterns drawn thereon is arranged, and FRP is further laid on the sheet. CONSTITUTION:A masking sheet 8 is stuck on to the position corresponding to a pattern presenting part on the die-surface of a molding die 6. Next, the colored gel coat paint 9 is applied on to the die-surface 7 in the part other than that to which the masking sheet 8 is stuck. When the masking sheet 8 is peeled off, the part from which the sheet 8 is peeled off is left to be a place to which the paint 9 is not applied, and to the die-surface 7 in this place is applied transparent gel coat paint 10, thus the pattern presenting part being formed. Then a fiber sheet 11 on the die-surface 7 side of which multicolored printing of the pattern is given is impregnated with resin and stuck on to the part coated with the paint 10, and the 3rd colored gel coat paint 12 is applied on to this part. Moreover, FRP13 is laid thereon and set and then is released from the die 6, thus the product being obtained.</p> |
