PURPOSE:To prepare a print master simply by a method wherein, after an insulation layer is provided selectively on an electroconductive sheet and electrified, a magnetic toner containing specific dye is stuck and fisced thereto and the dye is transferred to an image-receiving surface by sticking the layer thus prepared fast to the surface. CONSTITUTION:The insulation layer 1 having a form corresponding to an image to be printed is formed of resin, such as epoxy resin, on the electroconductive or semielectroconductive sheet 2 made of paper or the like. After the layer is electrified by an electrifying means 3, the eletroconductive magnetic toner 6 having at least one kind of dye which can be sublimed or evaporated at the temperature of 70-260 deg.C in the inside and/or on the surface thereof is stuck on to the surface of the layer by means of magnetic brushes 4 and 5 and then is fisced thereon. An image surface thus obtained is stuck fast on to the image-receiving surface and heated at the temperature higher than the sublimation or evaporation temperature of the dye, thus the image-receving surface is dyed. |
