PURPOSE:To increase the operating range of a Josephson junction element by forming the heights of the crests of critical current vs. input signal current characteristics in different magnetic flux modes at equal level. CONSTITUTION:Two Josephson junctions 9 are connected in paralle, and on a superconductive ground plane 2 is formed an architecutre for applying drive current from the neutral point of the connecting wires. In this case the junction length is longer than the intrusion depth of Josephson junction, and is further shorter than the distance between the junctions. |
