PURPOSE:To obtain a superior early stage adaptability, by mechanically or chemically roughening the surface of base material after chilled the surface of said material and next, forming the coating for lubrication, by carrying out a fixed chemical forming treatment. CONSTITUTION:The chilled layer 1 of the surface of base material chilled at the time of casting or after casting, is roughened 2 by the mechanical treatment, such as dry horning or chemical treatment, such as etching. Next, chemical forming treatment of the roughened chilled layer 2, is carried out by using phosphate and coating 3 for lubrication is formed. By this method, the surface of the coating is worn away in an early stage at the time of beginning to use an abrasion resistance parts and the coating 3 is operated as the lubricant for the abrasion of the layer 2 when the abrasion is reached the layer 2 and then, a superior early stage adaptability is secured by stabilizing the early stage abrasion of the layer 2. |
