PURPOSE:The band for rolling sushi that consists of a plurality of hinged strip-form pieces is connected with the stationary lever and moving lever on both ends respectively and a wrapping such as laver sheet and a prescribed amount of expahded sushi rice are placed on the band by turning over the rice pan and the ingredients for rolled sushi are set on the center of the rice, then the band is rolled around a rings fitted on the edges of a band piece, thus permitting the production of rolled sushi with uniform quality even by a beginner. CONSTITUTION:Rectangular pan for sushi rice 1 is fitted on the bed 2 so that it can be turned over on the sushi rolling band 13. Shaft supporter 4 is set on the rear of the bed 2 with an appropriate interval. Stationary lever 11 and moving lever 9 are set between the bed 2 and the shaft supporter 4, which are connected with sushi rolling band 13 on each end respectively. The moving lever 9 can always move in parallel with the stationary lever 11. The rectangular rice pan 1 is filled with a given amount of rice and the surface is covered with a wrapping of laver sheet or thin film of omlet egg, then the pan is turned over on the rolling band 13 and the wrapping and rice are set on the band. The ingredient for the rolled sushi is set on the center of the expanded rice and then the band is rolled around rings 14 using the moving lever 9. |
