<p>Amorphous alloys having a fundamental composition represented by the composition formula of TaXbZc or Ta"Xb"Zc"Md, having various excellent characteristics such as high strength, high hardness, high crystallizing temperature, high saturation magnetic flux, low coercive force, high magnetic permeability, etc., and undergoing less deterioration with time of magnetic characteristics. In the formula of TaXbZc: T represents one, two or more of Fe, Co, and Ni; X represents one, two or more of Zr, Ti, Hf, and Y; Z represents one, two or more of B, C, Si, Al, Ge, Bi, S, and P; a represents 70 to 98 atom%; b represents 30 atom% or less; c represents 15 atom% or less; with the sum of a, b, and c being 100 atom%. In the formula of Ta"Xb"Zc"Md: T, X, and Z are the same as defined for T, X, and Z in the formula of TaXbZc; M represents one, two or more of Mo, Cr, W, V, Nb, Ta, Cu, Mn, Zn, Sb, Sn, Be, Mg, Pd, Pt, Ru, Os, Rh, Ir, Ce, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, and, Dy; a" represents 70 to 98 atom%; b" represents 30 atom% or less; c" represents 15 atom% to less; d represents 20 atom% or less; with the sum of a", b", c", and d being 100 atom%. </p> |
