Osteosynthesis clamp block pressure plate - has securing hole in clamp and oval rimmed hole in block for bone screw entry

The pressure plate is used as osteosynthesis clamp block (7) and permits removable fixture. It has a securing hole (11) in the clamp side (3). An oval, sloping rimmed screw hole in the block works with a screw head (16). The plate has aids to hold the block in place which can be positively secured to the plate by a screw (8) in a hole (10). The block has an entry for a bone screw which is tensioned by a device working with the oblique plane formed between the tapered end of the screw head and the oval screw hole (12). Otherwise the plane can be formed by two sloping surfaces, and can be offset from vertical or from arranged horizontal.
