Plastics foil packaging for textile items - uses continuous foil, track pressed together with opposite side surfaces then connected by adhesion or welding

The objects are enclosed one after the other by a continuous plastics foil in hose form. The plastics hose is then closed and torn off between the objects and transverse to the foil track length. During pressing together and connecting of the opposite side surfaces of the foil hose, a thrust element is guided from outside against both the remaining side surface. A considerable amount of foil is left over during connecting and this is slid into the edges of the package in the form of a pocket between the side surfaces to be connected.
