PURPOSE:The titled device designed to give a bean curd product of good quality at all times and carry out the coagulation operation mechanically and automatically with square coagulation buckets for the bean curd revolved by endless chains. CONSTITUTION:Buckets 13 placed on bucket bases 12 attached to chains 11 and 11' are moved and stopped at the given positions for a fixed time. In a coagulant metering device a, a coagulant cosisting of a clarifier powder and glucono-delta-lactone and water are fed from chutes 17 and 17' to an agitating tank 30. A given amount of soybean milk is poured into the bucket 13 under the device a, and the coagulant in the tank 30 is simultaneously fed in to the fucket 13. The bucket 13 is then sent to the position of an agitating device c, and the soybean milk is agitated and coagulated uniformly. The bucket 13 is sent to a crushing device d, and the soybean milk coagulated completely during the movement is crushed by the action of a crushing blade 52. The bucket 13 is then moved to a take-out device e, and the contents in the bucket 13 are fee into a mold box 53 automatically to give the aimed product. |
