PURPOSE:To obtain a good container which is exactly fitted by its lid and doesn't produce any weldlines and holes, by preventing the cambers of the partition walls of a synthetic-resin container through thick walls which are formed in the center of each partition wall. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin is projected between a male mold and a female mold to manufacture a container body 8 which has a bottom wall, side wall 9 and partition walls 11. At this point, each of walls 12, which is relatively thicker than the each of partition walls 11, is formed in the center of the partition wall 11 between the inner end and the outer end of the wall 11. The thicker walls 12 is preferably have, for example, a width of 20-30mm. or a wall thickness which is 0.1-0.2mm. larger than that of the partition wall 11. Through the wall 12, the cambers of the partition walls 11 can be obviated as well as no weldlines and holes are produced. |
