<p>Devices for fillings, sealing and marking ampoules with a linked drive system. The motion pref. involves transfer from a linear movement to a rotary motion for marking. A system pushes groups of ampoules through guides with elastic (rubber) non-return flaps to be engaged between pairs of rollers on the periphery of a turntable which carries the ampoules past one or more printing stations. The turntable or a subsequent mechanism may carry ampoules past driers and coolers before release. Print units includes ink transfer wheels coated with PTFE for complete and uniform print transfer. Ensures that markings are integrated with filling operations for packaging chemicals or esp. pharmaceutical materials without confusion or risk of non-sterile contamination.</p> |
