<p>PURPOSE: To adjust a circular saw quickly and easily by supporting a revolving shaft with one end fixed to a machine table and other end borne by two link plates intersecting at a certain angle and regulating them in the direction of coordinates through eccentric rings borne by the machine table. CONSTITUTION: A rotary bearing 5 used to support a transmission case 6 by a revolving shaft 4 is embodied as a taper roller bearing, wherein the bearing 5 contacts on one side with a flange 17 of the revolving shaft and on the other side with the transmission case 6 and arranged between the case 6 and a pressure-resistant sleeve 21. A force of leaf spring 27 is applied to a flange 26 on the sleeve 21 so that the whole unit is prestressed without play. A plate 2 has a hollow 19 which the sleeve 21 penetrates loosely, and the outer side faces of the plate 2 are enwrapped with two link plates 22 and 23, which intersect at an angle of 90 deg. and are borne by eccentric bushings 24. By eccentric rotation of the bushings 24, the link plates 22 and 23 are slid parallel with their extending direction, and the supporting position of the revolving shaft 4 is decided, and the surface of a circular saw 8 is adjusted together with the revolving shaft 4.</p> |
