<p>By suitably activating the head of the screw 4, the squared piece 3 is made to allow the head of the tensioning device 2 to move upwards through the action of the spring 7. The surface 10 is applied against the chain or belt to be tensioned. Once the belt has been tensioned, the squared piece 3 is housed in the toothed zone 9 of the head of the tensioning device and prevents a momentary force in a direction opposite to that of the spring causing the head of the tensioning device to move backwards. The support of the tensioning device is fixed by means of screws passing through the drill holes 11. The lateral limit-plane 6 prevents the straps emerging when tensioned.</p> |
