PROCESS FOR THE TRANSPORT OF SOLID WASTE MATERIALS FROM POWER GENERATION PLANTS SUCH AS THERMO-ELECTRIC PLANTS AND HEATING INSTALLATIONS

摘要

The method is for transporting power-industry slags and other solid waste material from power stations. The waste material is transported hydraulically in pipelines, the carrying agent being a heavy liq. which is a dense suspension of dry fly-ashes in water, pref. from one to six parts of water per one part of fly ash. The solid waste materials are added to this heavy liq. at a volumetric proportion of pref. up to 0.2 parts of slags and waste materials per one part of heavy liq. The mixt. of heavy liq. and slags is pumped through the pipelines.
