PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of an opening/shutting body such as engine hood, trunk lid and back door by securing a stem part surely to a through hole in the hinge arm and hinge bracket with plastic chip part which covers the stem part. CONSTITUTION:A hinge arm 2 fixed to an opening/shutting body is made wide, and a hinge pin hole 2b is excavated in the end part 2a of it. A pair of mounting parts 1c, 1d are arranged at the base part 1a of hinge bracket 1 to be secured to the car body projecting so as to form a space 1b, large in the width, to house said end part 2a of the hinge arm. Hinge pin holes 1e, 1f are excavated also in these mounting parts 1c, 1d. At one end of this hinge pin 3 which is to join the two members by threading the hinge holes 1e, 1f and 2b, 2c, a clip part 12 is provided which is to prevent the hinge pin 3 from separation by contacting the outer side face of one of the hinge bracket's 1 mounting parts 1c and detaining oneself at the top of this mounting part 1c. |
