PURPOSE:To accurately and rapidly control the temperature of a heat sensitive head by operating one electrode of a thermocouple for detecting the temperature of the heater of the head by an electrode for heating a heater and providing the thermocouple is the heater. CONSTITUTION:One electrodes 2 and other common electrode 3 are alternately disposed on a base plate 1, a heater 4 is placed on both the electrodes 2, 3, and the electrodes 2 are electrically connected to the electrode 3 through the heater 4. A temperature detecting unit 5 of thermocouple type is formed at the electrode 3 in the heater 4. One electrode of the thermocouple is operated also as the common electrode 3, and the other electrode 6 is insulated and isolated from the electrode 3 through an insulating sheet 8 with the contact part of the electrode 6 with the elctrode 3 and hence the temperature measuring part 7 remained. Thus, the variation in the temperature of the heater 4 can be directly detected by a temperature detecting unit 5. |
