<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy contermeasure to the altenation of the machine type, by preparing and then controlling the information of the process pattern transfer frequency in correspondence to each process terminal unit. CONSTITUTION:With application of the control system, the machine type is decided for each of the process terminal units 2A, 2B...2N. According to this decision, the machine type information is decided for the above-mentioned process terminal units within the system control table 4 in the control unit 1. On the other hand, various types of process pattern information are stored in the external memory device 3, and the unit 1 designates previously the process pattern information to be transferred to each terminal unit. Furthermore, the pattern transfer frequency information holding parts 6A, 6B... plus the counting parts 7A, 7B... are provided to each of the terminal unit control tables 5A, 5B... in the unit 1. Thus the transfer frequency of the process pattern during one process is set to the units 2A, 2B... each in the form of the pattern information.</p> |
