<p>The appts. has an electrically operated valve, with an adjustable flow, which is used to dispense a precise dose of hot water or liquid for a hot drink dispensing machine. The electromagnet of the valve is sealed from the liquid to maintain flow and simplify cleaning. The electromagnet comprises a winding on a tube in which a soft iron core is movable. The core is maintained in a low position by a spring and it is extended by a shaft terminated in a head. The head is covered with a bellows, so that it is not directly applied to the seat, thus sealing it from the liquid. The valve comprises a cylindrical body with an inlet through which the liquid flows to an outlet, as controlled by the head position.</p> |
