<p>The aerial reservoir, such as a water tower is erected by constructing a platform. At least three posts (4) are laid on the ground, which extend in a substantially radial direction from the centre of the platform with their feet (6) abutting supports. The posts are raised gradually with the foot of each one pivoting in its support, securing each foot to the platform. The reservoir (3) is mounted between the posts, hoisted up to the desired level and secured to each post.</p> |
