<p>PURPOSE:To achieve production of resinous decoration board finished with harmonized embossing, harmonizing the patterns with the concave/convex portions by the use of a forming press cushion material composed of organic synthetic fiber cloth having heat resistance above specific temperature and of vulcanized rubber sheet being bonded to said cloth under specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:For typical example, organic synthetic fiber cloth is made from synthetic fibers such as polyester-, polyamide- and polyvinyl-alcohol- fibers having >=-160- deg.C heat resistance. Vulcanized rubber sheet is typically made from silicone rubber, flurorubber, and nitrile rubber, etc. Both materials are nrmally bonded under pressure. Said organic synthetic fiber cloth is inserted into one surface or between the layers of said vulcanized rubber sheet. Typically, the thickness of the integratedly bonded object is set in a range of 0.5-5.0mm. (especially, 1.0-3.0mm.). Board is formed by bonding the printed pattern papers in layers, having concave/ convex on the part of rubber sheet of said cushion material.</p> |
