The system relieves or reduces fatigue, using a pressure vessel containing oxygen, whose discharge is controlled by a valve. The valve can be set to dispense a quantity to suit the user, and to do so at timed intervals, and can also be arranged to allow refilling of the vessel. The oxygen can be enriched with various flavours, e.g. coffee or lemonade.
