A skin of relatively light material, laid on an insulating top- profiled underlay is fixed on spaced bottom-profiled support battens for stormproofing. The battens lie loosely on the underlay with form-locking profiles, providing the requisite overall surface weight. The battens (65) are laid in lines parallel or at an acute angle to the ridge or eaves. They have sheathing (67) for a roof skin made from lengths fastened on them, or a panel-type roof skin fastened directly on them. The battens assume a loadbearing function for the substructure, or for the roof skin itself.
|
