The coupling is for the detachable pipes supplying a medium under pressure to a number of user units, being particularly for a rubber blanket washing machine having spray nozzles supplied with washing liquid. A cleaning device acts against the cylinder and is driven by a feed mechanism operated by the medium under pressure. There is a common couoling (19) for all the supply pipes (17,18) having two halves (20,21) forming a sealed joint when locked together. One of these is fixed to the machine and connected by fixed pipes (23) to the user units (14), while the other is mounted on the end of a sheath (25) enclosing all the supply hoses, and has a set of openings for the latter connecting to mating ones in the other half.
