<p>The machine dispenses drinks sensitive to oxidation, having a vessel containing the liquid to be dispensed and a an inert gas under pressure. A series of dispensing valves are mounted at the base of the vessel, each connected to it by a pressuration tube and a gas return tube. Both the pressurisation (5) and the return (6) tube of each valve open at the top into a chamber (7) defined by a tube (8) mounted to the cover and extending downwards to the surface of the liquid. Pressurised inert gas is directed through an aperture (23) into the space above the liquid. A variable opening between the space (9) and the joining chamber (11) equalises the pressure between the two and an outlet (22) exits the gas in the chamber (11) to atmosphere.</p> |
