PURPOSE:To highten the capacity of compression and to improve the workability, by providng with the main compression room connecting with the precompression room and also, making the insertion and extraction possible. CONSTITUTION:The side head 3 is retreated to a fixed position and the main head 5 is retreated to the inside face of precompression housings 1, 1' at least and also, the scrap is thrown in the precompression room 6 in such a condition of closing the tip end of exit side of the main compression room 9 by the door 13. Next, the head 3 and the slide, not shown by the figure, are operated and the scrap is precompressed until the sectional shape is made the same to that of the room 9. Then, the head 5 is pushed out and precompressed formed scrap is pushed in the room 9 and also, is compressed in the room 9 again. Next, the door 13 is opened by operating the door cylinder 12 after the compression is completed and the heat 5 is pushed out again and then, the formed scrap is pushed out from the discharge opening 15. |
