The device for fixing the hanger (4) can be a simple oblong hole (9) in the hanger (4) and a clamping screw (8) which passes through both the housing (3) and the hole (9). The hanger (4) can be moved in its longitudinal direction by an eccentric disc (10) set in the housing (3).
