PURPOSE:To prepare a liquid or powder of a nourishing food, by inoculating and incubating a speed mycelium of an edible mushroom into a culture medium consisting essentially of a bamboo and a bamboo grass to the full maturity, and subjecting the mycelium to the enzyme reaction. CONSTITUTION:Various types of bamboo shoots, the surface skin and green leaf thereof and a green leaf of a bamboo grass as main components are finely cut with bagasse, a kudzu (arrowroot) lee and a sweet-potato vine, and incorporated with defatted rice bran, corn bran and water to prepare a culture medium, which is sterilized under pressure. A seed mycelium of an edible mushroom e.g. and agaric or shiitake mushroom, is inoculated into the culture medium and incubated to the full maturity of the mycelium. The cultrure midium is then heated at 45-50 deg.C, and water is added thereto to accelerate the autolysis of the mycelium. An active component liquid formed by the enzyme reaction is extracted, or the culture medium is dried and pulverized without extraction. |
