The manufacturing method of hydrated hardening material from slag of steel making furnace is characterized by the following process: fine grinding after mixing hydrate hardening agent below 10% such as Ca(OH)2 or hardening time control agent like plaster after controlling the composition of slag to CaO 45-60%, SiO2 10-25%, Al2O3 1-15%, Fe2O3 10-20 %, Mn2O3 below 5%, and then rapidly cooling it with adding a basic slag former, or a raw material containing Al and Si such as clay, alumina blood rock, banxite etc. in slag at the final stage of steel making or just after tapping in the steel making process of a furnace using basic slag former.
