The method forms a casting wall and a chill mold continuously by applying the force enough for forming a mold cavity inclined to the end of mold exit, same as geometrical feature of die. This method is characterized by making the inside of mold cavity be the same feature of the outside of core metal by inserting the die of core metal feature, which is identical to a shape with the geometrical shape required for mold cavity, into the mold cavity and applying the impact generated from an explosive of the outside wall of mold.
