PURPOSE:To increase durability and to obtain constant degree of characteristics by a method wherein a stator of the brushless motor having an axial gap is formed by an excitation winding consisted of an annular stator core and a plate-type printed coil. CONSTITUTION:A stator 2, consisted of an annular stator core 3 and an excitation winding 4 which is adhered on the surface of gap of stator core 3, is attached to a machine frame 1 and a rotor 5 having a permanent magnet 7 is provided through an intermediate of the stator 2 and the axial gap. The excitation coil 4 has a printed coil having a half-coil 11 group which have been formed by printing technique on both sides of an insulating disc 10. This printed coil is used in the state of condition as they are, or it can be used by covering an insulating material such as a miler film or the like before use. |
