PURPOSE:To obtain a high frequency output from a thyristor inverter by replacing a parallel circuit of a plurality of sets of series circuits of thyristors and a switching element with the thyristor of the thyristor inverter. CONSTITUTION:In case that pulse current generator circuits PC1-PCn and trigger pulse generator circuits PT1-PTn are sequentially driven by a sequential control circuit CON, when an SCRR1 is rendered conductive, a saturable reactor L1 is saturated to become low impedance state to thus continue the saturated state. When a second SCR2 is then rendered conductive, the first SCRR1 becomes reverse bias state. Even if a third SCRR3 is rendered conductive, the first SCRR1 is not rendered conductive. High frequency output can be obtained in such series of operations. |
