PURPOSE:To enable a uniform discharge even if some fine materials are adhered to a screen by a method wherein a pressure gauge is attached before a screen of a screw type injection molding machine and the pressure gauge is communicated with a screw driving unit. CONSTITUTION:To a material feeding port 4 is connected a depressing machine 9, and at the upper part of the depressing machine 9 is connected an agitating and mixing machine 12 having a plurality of cyclones 11 installed upright with a material feeding inlet 10, and the material mixed by the agitating and mixing machine 12 is fed into the injection molding machine A at the material feeding inlet 4. At the front of the third vent is arranged a die 8 via screen 13 and a breaker plate so as to prevent some foreign materials and filths mixed in a melting polymer from passing with a screen 13. Before the screen 13 is arranged a pressure gauge 14 for sensing a discharge pressure of a melting polymer. The pressure gauge 14 is communicated with a gear transmitting device 2, the number of rotation of the screw 5 is automatically varied in response to a variation of the discharge pressure to keep a discharge volume uniform. |
