PURPOSE:To provide a central mechanism of a type vulcanizing machine of which assembling, installing and replacement may easily be made, which is comprised of three members freely assembled and disassembled and of which position is lowered such that the lower end of the pladder may be held downward with being folded. CONSTITUTION:In the lower clamp ring 7, a bead ring 9 is removably attached on the base ring 6 with the bolts 9a, so when a pladder clamp is to be replaced in response to a tyre size, only the bead ring 9 is replaced with one having a desired size, thereby a time required for performing a replacement operation. Assembly, installing and replacement may easily be performed along with an adjustment of lifting and descending of the clamp ring 8 and the bead ring 9 which are caused by the upward or downward movement of the base ring 6 performed by a pinion 13 and an internal gear 12. |
