PURPOSE:To enable a superior shaping of a tyre and a forming valcunization of it by a method wherein an injection mechanism for internal pressure medium is arranged at a lower clamp ring side at a specific inclined angle to decrease a volume of the remained drain. CONSTITUTION:Thermal distribution in the pladder is performed under a good balance by a method wherein some inclined medium supplying ports 8C for injection and striking some medium near an equator plane of the pladder are circumferentially equally arranged in a clamp ring 8 of the lower clamp ring 7 and then heated uniformly and rapidly. It becomes possible to arranged the medium supplying port 8C at the lower clamp ring 7 by lowering the bead ring 9, and the lower part of the pladder is held being clamped downward by lowering the bead ring, a large volume of the remained drain during the shaping are eliminated, the discharge of the drain is made to be smooth and thereby a volume of drain produced during valcunization is made to be minimum. |
