<p>Cpds. (I) and (II) (where R1 is alkyl, alicyclyl, aralkyl, N,N-dialkylamino or polymethylene-imino, R2 is OH, acyloxy, alkoxy or trimethylsiloxy and R3 is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or R2 + R3 = O) are prepd. by esterifying the corresponding hydroxy cpd. with a sulphonyl halide. Thus (I, R1 = Pr, R2 = OH, R3 = ethinyl) is prepd. from PrSO2Cl and 3-hydroxy-16 beta-ethyl-17 alpha-ethinyl-17 beta-trimethylsiloxy-1,3,5(10)-gonatrienes in the presence of Et3N and hydrolysing the trimethylsiloxy ether.</p> |
