PURPOSE:To offer an efficient internal grinding of long holes excavated in a long plate in a large number successively by supporting a small-sized grinder flexibly with the aid of a spring mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A straight grinder 1 having a threaded part at its body is fixed to a square slider 2 provided with a threaded part at its central part. This square slider 2 is fitted in a second frame slider 4 with coil springs 8 interposed at the upper and lower surfaces, in such a manner that it can move vertically on the interior surface of the silder 4. The second frame slider 4 is fitted in a first frame slider 6 with coil springs 5 interposed at the right and left sides, in such a way that it can move horizontally on the interior surfaces of the slider 6. When a long hole to be finished, excavated in a work 31, is fed and located in front of the tool 33 by a sizing feeder 32 a series of sequence process are carried out to grind the internal wall of the long hole in the work 31. The grinder holder shall be composed of a square slider 2 and frame sliders of double construction 4, 6 and coil springs 5, 8 to allow the grinder element to travel according to the configuration of long holes. |
