PURPOSE:To enhance the heat dissipating effect and to prevent erroneous operation due to the external disturbing light by thermally connecting a semiconductor switching element to the mounting metal provided on a body, and incorporating the light screening hood provided at the outside of a body to the mounting metal so as to form one body. CONSTITUTION:A light screening hood 26, which is formed by a metal plate at the outside of a body 11, is fixed to the body 11 together with a mounting metal 14 with a mounting screw 27 so as to form one body. The erroneous operations due to the external disturbing light is prevented by said light screening hood 26, and the heat is dissipated through the mounting metal 14 and the light screening hool 26 via a heat dissipating plate 22 which is attached to a semiconductor switching element 7. In this constitution, the thermal deterioration of the semiconductor switching element can be prevented, the change in the characteristics of the electronic circuit can be prevented, and the erroneous operation due to the external disturbing light can be prevented. |
