PURPOSE:To make it possible to control the power-supply voltage in each load circuit independently by providing the independent current passing portion in each load circuit power-supply wiring, and controlling the resistance value of said portion. CONSTITUTION:The shape of a lowest power-source-voltage supplying wiring is configured to be a branch wiring structure by providing grooves in the wiring portion. A voltage supplying portion 41 to the constant voltage generating circuit in a semiconductor device from the lowest-power-source-voltage supplying portion 40 and voltage supplying portions 42, 43, and 44 to a transistor for generating a constant current in a logic circuit are provided so that they are branched separately. By controlling the resistance value of each branched portion, the power supply voltage in each load circuit is independently controlled. |
