PURPOSE:To obtain a vaporizing type atomizing device capable of atomizing even a highly viscous liquid fuel such as a low polymerized body produced in a preparation process of a synthetic resin as a by-product and making it sufficient enough to a practical use by a method wherein gas nozzles are opened in a multiplicity of steps with intervals in a longitudinal direction and air or steam is injected from respective nozzles into an internal peripheral direction of a fuel passageway. CONSTITUTION:Gas nozzles 7', 8' are opened at an internal peripheral surface of a fuel passageway 5 in a burner tip 2 in a multicity of steps with intervals in a longitudinal direction and air or steam is injected into the peripheral direction of the passageway 5. Liquid fuel passing through the fuel passageway 5 in the burner tip 2 is whirled intensively by the air or the steam injected through the nozzles 7', 8' strongly in multiple stages into the fuel passageway 5 and is injected under being whirled. Accordingly, even if the liquid fuel is a highly viscous liquid fuel such as a low polymerized body produced in a preparation of a synthetic resin as a by-product or a high molecular liquid fuel, it is atomized surely by the above whirled injection. |
