PURPOSE:To recover cutting fluid left in a vessel to recover cutting chips into an oil tank, by operating a suction pump which is actuated by the energy from another machine. CONSTITUTION:Most of cutting fluid discharged from a chute 5 with cutting chips 9 on a cutting fluid deflection plate 4 drops from both sides of small holes 3 and a receiving plate 4 to be recovered primarily in an oil tank 1. On the other hand, the cutting chips 9 discharged on the receiving plate 4 are conveyed to the other end of the receiving plate 4 by a scraping type conveyor 17 and recovered in a cutting chip recovery vessel 6. Further, by changing over a three-way electromagnetic valve 16, compressed air is led to either right or left chamber of a power cylinder 15, which reciprocates the conveyor 17 repeatedly. The conveyor 17 then moves the cutting chips 9 on the receiving plate 4 progressively to the vesel 6, and the cutting chips are recovered on a plate 6a in the vessel 6 and the oil attached to the cutting chips is separated and collected in an oil tank 8, and the oil therein is recovered secondarily by a suction pump 39 which is actuated by a power chamber 28. |
