PURPOSE:To enable a phase synchronizing circuit to operate stably even to an input signal including upper and lower both-band components like a VSB signal, by interposing a low-pass filter between the output side of a phase comparator and the input side of a multiplier. CONSTITUTION:The input terminal 1, a monotone VSB signal is applied. Since the output of multiplier 3 increases in component disordering the lock state of a loop as the frequency increases, erroneous control of voltage control oscillator 5 due to unevenness, etc., of the upper sideband wave and lower sideband wave can be prevented by sufficiently narrowing the bands of characteristics of filters 7a and 7b. |
