The fuel supply system provides a diesel engine with hiqh and low quality fuel oil simultaneously. It is used in ship's engines for purposes of economy. The high quality oil is stored in a vessel (3) above a diesel engine (1) to drive the generator. The second vessel (10) is installed above the main engine (2) and stores the heavy oil. The high quality fuel is supplied by gravity feed. The low quality oil is supplied via a pump (15). The two grades of oil are mixed in a given proportion by means of a ratio control unit (22) and a servo control circuit (21) which supplies an output signal to a pressure converter (23). The heavy oil (10) is reduced in viscosity by a heating coil (11).
