PURPOSE:To facilitate taking out a jam paper to enhance the operational efficiency, by automatizing getting-out of a fixing equipment. CONSTITUTION:When jam of the transfer paper in fixing equipment 3 or on the paper carrying path before fixing equipment 3 is detected by jam detecting part 14 in the main body, solenoid 10 for lock is operated by the signal from jam detecting part 14 to release lock pin 11, and fixing equipment 3 can be taken out. After that, clutch 6 is turned on to transfer rotation from motor pulley 7 to pinion 5, and rack 4 is moved straight, and fixing equipment 3 is taken out from the main body, and clutch 6 is turned off. |
