<p>A centrifuge which periodically discharges separated solids, for simultaneously clarifying and breaking down the mixture into different liquid constituents, having a set of separator plates, a precipitation plate, and a central chamber housing a sensor for actuating an external controller responding to the free liquid surface and located nearer to the axis than that surface, has one or more ducts between the separator plates assembly and the precipitator plate; these ducts reach to the dividing zone between the two liquid constituents and also communicate with the central chamber housing the sensor.</p> |
