PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of data processing by previously analyzing the updating/processing definition of a definition list prior to list processing, storing the analyzed result in an analyzed result file and accessing the analyzed result file by the same procedure as accessing to list data to execute the updating/processing. CONSTITUTION:In case of executing list processing, the definition list is analyzed by an updating/processing definition analyzing means 11 and an analyzed result file 4 described by the same internal format as data processed by the list processing is formed by a file forming means based on the analyzed result. The list processing is executed by an updating/processing executing means 13 based on the data of an input list 1 and the file 4 and the executed result is outputted to an output list 3. Since the analyzed result of the definition list 2 is not stored in the memory, restriction in the capacity of the memory is not given and the contents of the file 4 are described by the same internal format as data processed by the list processing. Thus, the updating/processing definition analyzed result can be used. |
