PURPOSE:To arrange efficiently a ring oscillator by a method wherein the ring oscillator is constituted using a plurality of pieces of inverter circuits, which are each provided under each lower part of parts of a plurality of pieces of pads. CONSTITUTION:3 pieces of inverter circuits 1 are each arranged under each lower part of 3 pieces of signal pads 21 formed of second layer wirings 4 and are connected to one another using a first wiring layer 3. That is, the wiring 3 is one that signal wirings (a first layer) 31, a power supply VEE wiring 32 and a reference power supply VBB wiring 33 are respectively connected to the circuits 1 from the pads 21, a power pad 24 and a reference pad 23 through through holes 5 and the wirings 4 including a ground wiring (a second layer) 41 are connected with a ground pad 22 and each pad 2. An earth potential, a VBB potential and a VEE potential are respectively supplied from the pads 21-24. The pads 21 are used as the pads for a circuit 6. Thereby, the packaging region of the circuit 6 can be sufficiently secured. |
