PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and reliability of a test by adding stoppage information to designate the stoppage of processing to respective data and stopping the processing of the data being the object of the processing when the number of times of identification for the stoppage information reaches a number specified beforehand. CONSTITUTION:An information identifying means 500 identifies whether or not stoppage information 400 is added to data 100 being the object of the processing, a processing frequency identifying means 600 counts the number of times of the identification of the stoppage information 400 of the information identifying means 500, and a processing stopping means 700 stops the processing of the data 100 being the object of the processing when number of times of the identification of the stoppage information 400 counted by the processing frequency identifying means 600 reaches the number specified beforehand. Consequently, the test can be suspended before and after designated arbitrary data are processed, or the test can be suspended, to repeatedly processed data, after the data are processed by a designated arbitrary repeating frequency, a test status can be recognized in detail, and the accuracy and reliability of the test can be improved. |
