PURPOSE:To automatically produce the form of an output list by providing a means which adds the column attribute definition into a definition list to designate the column attribute of the output list and at the same time produces the form of the output list out of said column attribute definition. CONSTITUTION:A definition list 2 contains the processing definition 21 which designates the arithmetic of the data to be outputted to an output list 3 in accordance with the conditions shown by the data on an input list 1 and the column attribute definition 22 which designates the column attribute of the list 3. When a list processing job is instructed, the form of the list 3 is produced by a form production means 4 based on the definition 22. Then the data on the list 1 is processed by a list production means 5 based on the definition 21. This processing result is outputted to the list 3. |
