摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make the titled control of good accuracy possible to be performed, by making the apparatus possible to control the fluctuation of the rolling load due to the feed-in side temperature fluctuation, additionally to the fluctuation of the feed-in side thickness of the rolled material. CONSTITUTION:The deviation of the run-out side sheet thickness from the thickness at the time of lock-on of the rolled material 10 to be detected at the former pass is detected and memorized; this value is taken as the feed-in side thickness deviation DELTAh of the following pass, and the rolling reduction of the following pass is controlled. Hereupon, the detector 40 detects the rolling load F0 at the time of lock-on at the present pass, according to the output of the load cell 18. The output of the memory 34, for the longitudinal distribution of the run-out side thickness deviation at the former pass, is memorized by the memory 42; then, the longitudinal distribution of the plasticity constant M2 of the material 10 at the present pass is obtained from the output of the operator 28 for the run-out side thickness deviation at the present pass. This longitudinal distribution of the plasticity M2 is stored by the memory 44 synchronously with the output of the unit 32 for the longitudinal position of the material 10; the arithmetic unit 46 receives the output of the memory 44 and makes it the roll gap variation reference DELTAS' which is then inputted to the driver 15 of the screw down device 14.</p>
